"I can’t say,” Ian said of pointing out any weaknesses. "Not because I don’t want to, but because my weaknesses and strengths are so fluid. One day I’ll be able to cry and break down in an audition, then the next I’ll literally be stumbling over a single line. There are so many factors that go into it that I have no control over, so I try to go balls to the wall every time and hope the best comes out.”
